* Items are usually dispatched the next working day after order confirmation.
* Delivery within Lagos takes 24 hours while deliveries outside Lagos but within Nigeria takes 3-5 working days.
* Delivery attempt is only made once and if no one is available to receive the item, a message will be sent to the customer to pick up at the NKASSI store.
* Kindly note, delivery during sale periods or festive seasons take longer to dispatch, therefore longer time to deliver.

RETURNS:

In the almost impossible event a defective or wrong product is delivered, customer may send an email to [email protected] with a picture proving defect or wrongness. If item is eligible for return, customer would be required to ship back item in original packaging at no cost to Nkassi and a replacement will be made as fast as possible.
If a defective or wrong product cannot be replaced due to unavailability, a full refund will be offered.

PRODUCT CONDITION:

* ALL items must be undamaged, free from blemishes and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
* In the case that an item is received damaged, a refund or exchange will not be possible regardless of circumstance.
* The customer will be responsible for any shipping cost associated with sending it back to them.
